We inform you that the customer has a period of 14 days after receiving the order to make the return.
In the case of a return due to dissatisfaction, the customer must send the item, properly packaged, in impeccable condition, unopened and without any signs of use to our facilities, attaching the purchase invoice as well as a description of the intended return. We also inform that the customer cannot send the material only in its original packaging, but must be properly packaged in a box so that the material is not damaged during transport. The cost of shipping to our address is the customer’s responsibility. 

Once the item has been received and analyzed by our warehouse team, we will proceed with the refund if everything is in order. In addition to the refund, there is also the option of credit on the customer’s file to be discounted on future purchases or exchanged for an alternative product (depending on your preference).
Returns of products that are not sealed and that can be easily tampered with are not accepted for safety and hygiene reasons for our customers.
